General Conditions of Sale.
NETEURO is a division of CDE.

With less than one written exemption, the customer gives up his general conditions of purchase by the very fact that it places order to us. Any customer is famous to have taken knowledge of our general conditions of sale and to have accepted the terms of them. CDE contract covers the hosting of the site of the customer and the use of one (several) account POP3 (e-mail) as well as the reservation and the hosting of the DNS of the domain name choosen. For the extensions of field (be, com, net, org...), the customer states to have taken knowledge and to accept them terms contained in the regulations available on the site of CDE or request.

Validity of the contract of hosting. The contract is terminable at the end of each year with the help of the sending of an email 2 months before the expiration date. Except contrary opinion of the customer, with the help of the sending of an email 2 months before the expiration date, contract CDE is taken back tacitly for a 12 months period.

Annual invoicing.
The expenses are invoicees at the beginning of contract for the annual amount.

Guarantee hosting.
The customer recognizes that it is technically almost impossible to provide a service without defect and that CDE does not give no guarantee on the total availability of the service. The customer recognizes that CDE cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service and not disturbed because CDE must carry out maintenance, repairs, reconfigurations and upgrades of its installations or that CDE can be confronted with external circumstances independent of its will. The customer expressly accepts that CDE can, possibly, to resort to subcontractors to provide the service of hosting relative to this contract.

Price and terms of payments.
The posted amounts are excluding VAT. The invoicees amounts are exigible at the date from the invoice. In the event of non-payment within the time indicated, the price will be increased by a compensation for 10% of the invoiced amount, with a minimum of 50 € htva. Moreover, one interest rate will be applied corresponding to the legal rate of interest raised of 2%. These interests will be due full right, following the sending of one recommended and will be calculated in beginning from each month. The non-payment of only one invoice within the time limits involves automatically the immediate payment of all other invoices, even those not yet expired. In the event of partial or inappropriate payment, the fines and the interests remain had as mentioned above. In the event of dispute, the invoices must be disputed within 8 day after the date of invoicing. In the event of non-payment (total or partial), CDE reserves the right to suspend the services DNS and hosting, without erasing the obligations that the customer with towards CDE. In this case, the customer will not be able to call upon this reason "to break" this contract.

Terms of Use.
You are entirely responsible for the publication on your site or the data transmission since your account, in particular with regard to the royalties, of mark, or slandering. A person violates the conditions of good use of lodging when it engages amongst other things in one of these activities: Sites for adults, of charm or with the unacceptable contents including photographs, texts, its and video, or of the bonds to these sites. Pirate software, programs for "hackers", files of "will warez", rooms of plays or MUDs, IRC Club-footed, Egg Drop or any other illegal software. Files MP3, video, patch, aces or job numbers of commercial software. Sites of Casino, bets, or lotteries, even offshore oil rig. Violation of the royalties, of copyright, patent rights or intellectual, hacking public image of any kind. Slandering, abusive language, obscene, threats, blackmail against others. Distribution of virus, worm, Trojan horse, and other scripts destructive, hacking. Storage of photographs or scripts for other sites. Provision of others of the resources waiter. Spamming, sending of not requested messages, advertisements in mass. Pyramidal Chain letters, or systems (nonexaustive List). CDE reserves the right to possibly control nature of the aforesaid contents after publication and even if they are not directly accessible via the Internet to ensure itself of their compliance with the rules from this agreement.
The traffic per month (Band-width) is limited in each hosting, in the event of going beyond a special contract rate is applied, 20€ per month by section of 5Gb.

Suspension - Cancellation.
In the event of inexecution by the customer of the unspecified one of his obligations, CDEE reserves the right to suspend, without notice, the whole of the provided services, without this suspension being able to open right to whatever allowance that it is. The parts are appropriate expressly that in the event of cancellation by the Customer of this contract, CDE reserves the right to invoice an amount equivalent on behalf of the 12 month old customer by way of compensation.

Disputes.
In the event of disputes, courts of Huy - Belgium will be only qualified. All the expenses relating to the recovery of the debts of the customer by legal way will be recovered near the customer.
